- We offer standard shipping for all orders.
- Orders placed and payment confirmed before 2pm on a normal business weekday will be dispatched that day or the next business day.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
3. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order.
4. Delivery Time:
- Standard delivery times within Australia range from 2-5 business days.
- For international orders, delivery times vary by destination and are typically within 5-14 business days.
- Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control.
5. International Shipping:
- We do not offer international shipping.
6. Tracking Information:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.
7. Missing or Lost Packages:
- In the rare event that your package is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- If you are returning a package, after you have received approval from Showerbuddy, we do not accept liability for any lost or damaged return packages. It is solely your responsibility to follow up with the cartage company who transported the package.
8. Address Accuracy:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses.
9. Returns Due to Unsuccessful Deliveries:
- If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment.
10. Order Status:
- Customers can check their order status and track their packages through the order tracking information we provide after dispatch.

Shipping a Return Product
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item has a factory defect.
- We don't offer a free shipping return to Showerbuddy.
Shipping Your Return
- Contact us first at admin@shower-buddy.com. Do not ship anything without prior authorisation.
- You can ship it yourself or we can arrange a courier (recommend tracking for self-shipping).
- We're not responsible for lost or damaged packages you ship.
Shipping Costs
- You pay all shipping. If the item has a factory defect, we cover shipping both ways.
